Solving isn't working
Make sure you're connected to the internet — solving requires a network connection. If you see an error, tap Try again. A typical solve takes under 8 seconds. Free users have 3 solves — upgrade to Pro for unlimited solving. The calculators, visualizer, and formula reference work fully offline.
Scan isn't reading my problem
Use a clear, well-lit photo. Printed text reads best; for handwriting, write neatly and crop tightly to the problem. You can crop to just the relevant area before upload. You can also type the problem manually if the scan struggles.
Restore purchases
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If issues persist, email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com with your Apple ID receipt.
Cancel subscription
iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Statistics Problem Solver Pro → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Are calculators free?
Yes. All 10+ calculators (mean, standard deviation, z-score, t-test, confidence interval, regression, probability, and more), the distribution visualizer, and the formula reference are free forever — no subscription needed, fully offline.
AI answer seems wrong
AI can occasionally make mistakes. Double-check each step against your understanding or your textbook, and use the free calculators to verify results. If you consistently get wrong answers, email us with the problem and the solution you received so we can improve.
