Terms of Service
By downloading or using Statistics Problem Solver Pro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Statistics Problem Solver Pro provides AI-generated step-by-step solutions to statistics problems, along with built-in statistics calculators, a distribution visualizer, and a formula reference for personal educational use. Solutions are generated by AI — always verify results before relying on them for coursework or exams.
2. Subscriptions
Pro features (unlimited problem solves) require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Two plans are available: weekly and yearly. No free trial is offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Free users receive 3 problem solves with full step-by-step solutions. The calculators, distribution visualizer, and formula reference are always free. We may change free limits with reasonable notice.
3. Apple Media Services Terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to cheat on exams or violate academic integrity policies at your institution. Do not submit illegal content or attempt to abuse the API (automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, scraping, etc.). We may suspend access for violations.
5. AI disclaimer
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. Always review and verify solutions before submitting coursework. We do not guarantee specific grades, exam results, or academic outcomes. The app is a study aid, not a substitute for your own understanding and your instructor's guidance.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, calculators, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to the problem text and images you input. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the solving service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including academic penalties — arising from your use of AI-generated content or the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
